All maintenance requests must be submitted through your Tenant Portal. This ensures proper documentation, quick response times, and efficient service.
**NOTE – repair requests that are placed by text message or phone call will be ignored.
To submit a request to Home Rental Florida:
Log in to your Tenant Portal
Select the “Requests” link in the left hand menu.
Click the “Create Request” button at the top of the window.
Provide as much detail as possible (including photos, if applicable) and fill out the appropriate fields. Click submit.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your request will be assigned to a technician for review.
Examples include:
Active water leaks or flooding
Complete loss of air conditioning during extreme heat
Electrical issues posing a fire or safety hazard
Gas smells
Sewer backups
Fire damage
Broken doors/windows affecting home security
Severe Damage to the home or property
